1:1 and group Therapeutic support
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Approaches from Year 4 upwards. Through structured sessions, helping Children and Young People start to make the connections between their thoughts, feelings physiological symptoms and behaviour, in addition to learning calming strategies to support long-term emotional well-being.
Acceptance Commitment Therapy for secondary age pupils on an individual/small group basis (an evidenced based therapeutic intervention that promotes psychological strength, designed to help young people cope with challenges, stress, and change).
Coaching for resilience, using cognitive behaviour and Acceptance Commitment Therapy approaches.
Drawing and Talking (an attachment-based therapeutic intervention which allows individuals to discover and communicate emotions through a non-directed technique).
